I've been waiting for buttons since February 10th. I emailed mauro telling him that the buttons on the henleys are breaking off and i need replacement ones. He tells me that would have to wait for the factory to ship him them and would have to wait for them to come. After a while i email him again asking for buttons and he tells me that he does not have any and would instead send me mother of pearl buttons (13 days ago) but I still have yet to receive them. I even purchased two items about a week ago hoping that he would just drop them alongside the shirt and tie combo but he didn't. Could anyone relate? I really expected Mauro to have pretty good customer service since I am part of the membership program.
I think he was out of the country recently. That might be why. I'd just follow up again, in my experience he comes through in the end but sometimes takes some reminding.
