The hoodie is thick. For California- winter for sure, and yes fall if we ever have one again. Definitely worth it to have a really nice comfortable sweatshirt for the cold days. You'll have it forever so even if you wear it for a month a year, you'll do it for 15 years. Thing is a tank.

I've found myself looking closely at the fabric. It has a subtle pattern that adds depth.
I live in Illinois, so this will be perfect for colder weather then. I need a solid hoodie.

I'm looking forward to heavyweight tees too. The only issue is that my last batch were about an inch and a half shorter than the long sleeve soft bamboo shirts from the year before. I like both heavy and light versions, but the longer one is definitely better.

We are 10 gray thermals short of being made. Navy isn't an option. If I get 10 before Sunday I will go ahead if not refunds are happening.
Personally, I love it. I have the sample. It's much beefier than last years and not as tight. It's a solid sweater.

I have a few Hoodies and sweat shirts. You won't find anything better in my opinion at that price point and you won't find anything better in terms of construction, regardless of price point.

Well, hopefully a few more get the sweater so it can happen. Glad I picked up a hoodie. Looking forward to wearing it this week. Normally, I'm not a hoodie guy, but I need a good one and the pictures posted in this thread pushed me over.

Shrinkage testing and pattern adjustments have started. I would think around a month. I am trying to push them. It's a new fabric. The fabric I wanted was sold out. Now, I have to use a more expensive fabric ( organic cotton) which I will eat the difference. I am letting you know that's why we are doing all the test over. Better safe than sorry.

When I get back from Wisconsin, I am going to visit my shirt maker in Ohio. She called me and informed me I have around 700 yards of different fabrics still there. This means I will make more shirts using that factory. The shirts for the most part will be $75.00 before rewards membership prices. This way I can use up the fabric. I have wool fabric that was $32.00 per yard. The faster I sell those shirts the faster I can focus on my " cut to order" program.

I will take pictures of the fabric and put a dime or quarter next to them so you get an idea of the print, for prints. Monkey arms will be an option. Everything will be first come first serve.
If you aren't a rewards member this run of shirts will make it worth while by itself.

Rewards members you will notice a price increase going forward. This is because shipping is now through the roof. The last batch of shirts and the sweat shirt cost me $12.00 per garment. It's down right **** if you ask me but there's nothing I can do. "Jacket Sleeves" will also be used going forward. This procedure will most certainly separate me from ALL the other shirt makers.
As far as I know only a handful of shirt makers still do this and no one in the U.S. does it at all ( I am sure there a few mom and pop bespoke shirt makers that still offer the service but I am pretty sure thier shirts start at $300.00 and go up from there.)

I have a **** load of Toni pants and Blazers. If you need a really nice wool / cotton knit these are no brainers.

Next week is my Black Friday / Cyber Monday sale. It's more of a flash sale than anything. Again, I just want to deplete want stock I have so that I can solely focus on " cut to order.

I received the hoodie today. I think it's a really solid hoodie. Personally, I might size up if you're wanting a little looser fit in a hoodie. This isn't fitted or tight necessarily, but it's definitely more form fitting than most hoodies...this is great if you're wanting a more "stylish" looking hoodie, but I figured I'd warn the guys who are used to having really baggy/roomy hoodies. I think it looks good. I'm hoping that after a few washes and wears, it'll be easier to just throw over my head like a typical hoodie. I'd say it's a heavy fabric, but not extremely thick for freezing temperatures. For me personally, I'd say this would be good between 25 and 55 degrees (maybe 30-60 at night with no sun). Obviously, others may feel differently, this is just what I think I will use it for.

Actually I'm referring to a pair of slip-ons Mauro teased a while back. He said he had them planned, but I don't know if that's still the case after the misunderstanding with the sneaker factory last time.

Those looked pretty rad. I'd be up for a pair of plain white leather or suede slip-ons for next spring / summer.
