Exactly as Nahneun said. You can find some every day of the week and most days of the week for stores where you can buy a whole case. SoS is a little trickier, they only distribute do deliveries a couple days a week to fewer stores.
I feel you. Just put 2 bottles into the cart. We'll have a drink together and see how it is. Seeing that we have such a big crowd, so far, I have 17 bottles of liquor, and 3 cases of wine. I figure that that should give everyone a decent tipple. Put in a bottle of Glenmorangie Tusail and a Willett Pot Still that hopefully, I'll hide well enough that I take them home with me...You're missing out, my friend.
I took a wine class several years ago and the instructor recommended Sherry-Lehmann. Was he wrong?Warehouse is great for single malt scotch and vodkas. If you've never tried Bison Grass vodka before, do yourself a favor and spend the best $25 on a bottle of vodka. Warehouse is great for liquors, and decent for wines.
In my opinion, USQ (Union Square) Wine is the best wine shop in New York. They often have tasting from various wineries, which is a great way to try something before you buy. Their selection is excellent and their staff is super knowledgable.

Some awesome updates/reasons for you to come
1) In case you missed it, we will have TWO FLOORS of rad clothing, shoes, and accessories. I mean, seriously. That should be enough.
2) There will be awesome stuff for your lady-companions as well; including beautiful pocket squares from Kent Wang (which work as a neckerchief in a pinch), scarves and squares from Monsier Fox, and more.
3) Styleforum's official Beer Correspondent, @Ken P
, will be handling the brews aspect of our shindig. What does this mean? It means you'll want to be there.
4) There will be tea, specifically for @the shah
5) There will be whiskey, for @thewho13
, a.k.a. "The Hugewitz"
6) You are encouraged to dance, by yourself or in small, non-disruptive groups
park avenue liquor on madison and 39th is my recommendation for whiskey pick ups.
though astor has springbank 10 for like 53ish + tax so i'm not complaining if you decide to go with astor
I'll see what I can do. Timing to get that one is trickier than HT.
I can set something aside from you. I'm also going to be in the city the night before (maybe with @thewho13?) and was thinking of going to Torst. Maybe you can join? I've never been!
oddly enough, neither have i. let's go!
@indesertum, fly to ny for the weekend LOL

How roasted is your genmaicha? This hojicha is mad roasted. Like maybe it's too roasted for some people; it's in your face. Well, we must compare.
