does anyone have a copy in good condition that they want to sell? With shipping it's $36.96 on Amazon.

^actually, a member here on SF sold me his copy about 2 weeks ago...not going to say who, but it was for $20 shipped, in very good condition! =] from amazon there are also a couple sellers selling their books for <$30, so you may want to look into those.

you can get brand new copies at some bloomingdales locations.

the one here in Newport Beach has a whole display full of them. nice heavy book.

it is full price though i did not check what the price was.
