Have anyone any good ideas?

Hi friends I am wondering if there is such a diet that doesn't include lots of craziness like grapefruit juice and stuff. I am looking for a simple diet that I will not need to eat 5 times a day with. I just want ideas for breakfast, lunch and dinner. I like a simple breakfast, a fast lunch and a filling dinner. I don't like many veggies either- I like peas and green beans and tomatoes. I like corn too but it's a starch. Have anyone any good ideas?

The best, most simple, diet food that I have found is replacing your drinks with water.

Only eat things that fly, walk, or swim, and green vegetables. You'll be in better shape than 90% of people.

Don't eat bread or pasta.

What are you hoping to get out of this diet?

If you want simple do this. No more sweet drinks. Only water. Reduce portions. thats pretty much it.

Avoid anything processed as much as possible. The fresh produce, meat and seafood, and dairy sections of the grocery store are your friends. Try to avoid most everything else.
