Indeed. Each could solicit pictures over a period of 2-3 weeks. They create a roster of the best five and then go head to head.

@conradwu
@Henry Carter

I also like the idea of other team based challenges. Maybe bi-monthly. Team @Murlsquirl and Team @Cleav those who want to play can submit themselves to a (not public) draft to create rosters. Some challenge, the teams submit their three best fits, then vote. Maybe make a season of it with 8 challenges Dec-Mar all predetermined. My interest in traditional FC's is beginning to wane a bit (though I still think they are good fun)

Yes. I am following NFL, NCAA football, and NBA intently (but sadly not watching much).

You rang?  Are you suggesting Cleav and I each captain a team?

Could be interesting. You'd have to give me a month or 2 though for the new stuff to come in and sell through a bit first.

But you have enough of a slubby back catalog from the last 18 months or so.

Yes, Murl, that is exactly what I am suggesting

Although it would make sense to have a competition involving ties people could actually buy if they liked the entries.

Neither ConradWu nor Henry Carter have CT's. I wonder if a) such a competition can happen b) if @LA Guy would create a custom CT as a prize and c) if either HC or CW would even want to be called "Slub King"

---

Murl, let me sleep on it; if @Cleav is down, I'll reach out to y'all both

But some ideas for the season (8 matches)
- The Uniform
- CBD
- Subverted formality
- Brown in town
- Monochrome
- Photography
- Trad
- Business casual
- Seasonal
- Accessorize (non-standard accessory)
- Bold

'Could' is different from 'have to' and children can request parental supervision.

"Slub king" belongs to RL/Drake's for first popularizing the fabric

I'm just some guy that came along and played with the pattern settings/colors

On the make, wool 7 folds.

Good to know that our members are taking time out of artisanal crafts to be on the make.

What season would you consider this tie for?

Me personally wear  my own ones Raw Silk on dots on Winter with flannel suits as Tussah looks wool, but those are, on theory for Spring with odd jackets but who cares if what means is the overall look?
