You have to look at the attitudes of Muslems in polling. And try to find a video or statement by a Muslem about 9/11, 7/7, beheadings, etc., that does not include the word "but." I'm not saying its impossible, but give that a go.

In 2015, Japan rejected 99% of asylum seekers and accepted just 27. 2 of those 27 have just been arrested for a gang-rape.

No doubt that in 2016 they will be accepting less than 27.

This probably didn't help either.

Piers Morgan of all people.
Quote:
But he also spoke in more detail about his plans to combat ISIS and I found myself nodding more than I expected.
Trump told me countries must tighten their borders in light of these terror attacks, especially to anyone related to an ISIS fighter in Syria.
Is he so wrong?
He told me he wants law-abiding Muslims to root out the extremists in their midst, expressing his bafflement and anger that someone like Abdeslam was able to hide for so long in the very part of Brussels he had previously lived.
Is he so wrong?
He told me America must make it far harder for illegal immigrants to enter the U.S. and thinks European countries should follow suit.
Is he so wrong?
He told me he believes there are now areas of many major European cities which have become poisonous breeding grounds for radicalized Islamic terror.
Is he so wrong?
I didn’t feel I was talking to a lunatic, as many seem to view Trump.
I saw a guy, a non-politician unfettered by PC language restraints, who is genuinely furious at the devastation which ISIS is wreaking, and seriously concerned for the security of his fellow Americans and indeed, the citizens of Europe.
At the end of our interview, I asked Donald Trump to send a message to the large majority of non-violent, decent Muslims who are as disgusted by these attacks as the rest of us.
‘I have great respect for Muslims,’ he said, ‘I have many friends that are Muslims. I'm just saying that there is something with a radicalized portion that is very, very bad and very dangerous. I would say this, to the Muslims, when they see trouble, they have to report it, they're not reporting it, they're absolutely not reporting it and that's a big problem.’
Is he so wrong?

His tone has changed over the last 6 months.

This article just about sums it up for me:  "The scariest thing about Brussels is our reaction to it"

Do liberals have any blood in their veins at all? I can't fathom this level of knee jerk disloyalty.

Article sounded quite good to me, actually.

It's asking an entirely reasonable question - how much freedom do we want to sacrifice in order to protect ourselves and, if we do give up freedom and surrender to ever-increasing oversight and ever-more-draconian security measures, then doesn't that mean that the terrorists have achieved their aims?

Terrorists don't think like that. Their aims were achieved when they killed a bunch of people.

Yet the article doesn't compare all the freedom we've given up for causes that harm even fewer people than Islamic terrorism. This is a silly example, but think of all the shit we do now because of the lack of tort reform. We all accept it as normal now that every truck in America has to have a screeching backup alarm. That every product has to come with the stupidest warning labels imaginable. That a simple fender bender costs $3,000 in repairs because of stupid regulations about crashworthiness. All in a vain attempt to thwart natural selection. prevent lawsuits.

Not to mention that in Europe you can be arrested for criticizing immigration or Islam, so it's hard for me to boo hoo over their impending loss of "freedom"
