Always listen to Charlie's sizing advice people. This is from a previous incarnation, but you get the idea.

I know you rethought this and found the sleeves to be adequate length but I just wanted to chime in that sleeve length on leathers, after break-in which tends to shorten arm length, actually looks extremely flattering if the cuff falls around the wrist bone when arms are held at side.

Any plans for a spring-weight Varsity?

Speaking to that, what is the ideal place where the sleeve should end?

I like mine about half way down my knee.

Same. With sleeves this length it's easier to tie them together and escape down zip lines attached to your building.

Most people prefer sleeves to end right at the wrist. It depends on your preference, though

*sigh* Due to a bar accident, what I believe was Guinness was spilled on my brown goatskin A2. Due to my own stupidity, the liquid wasn't properly wiped off right away, liquid got soaked up and now I have a number of black spots embedded in the right sleeve and few on the back.

Is it safe to use saddle soap to try to clean them up? I guess if they don't come out, they'll just "add character" to the jacket. baldy[1].gif

Saddle soap is pretty rough. See if you can use leather conditioner or a lighter cleaner (Lexol,Saphir, etc)
