I'm looking to buy NWT ties in bulk, 20-30 pieces, at, say, USD 10-20 a tie. I realize this is rather low, but I thought it was worth checking. Brooks Brothers, Ike Behar, and Ralph Lauren would be great and Charvet, T&A, Hermes, Paul Smith, etc. would be ideal. They need not be the latest style, but I would like them to be nice ties either made in the USA, England or Italy - NOT China. Actually, scarves would be good too.
