He said "benefits" instead of "blessings" of liberty … other than that it was correct. But his delivery made it sound like he fucked it up.

Carson has been fantastic for me. I use him all the time in discussions as an example of how a person can be phenomenal in one subject and utterly incompetent in another. Watching the light in someone's eyes go out after they argue "this person will be great at Y, because they're great at X" and I counter simply with, "like Ben Carson?" never gets old.
