Size M, professionally tailored to a slim small with very slim sleeves.
Bought on sale for $150 or something, had it tailored for like $90 and ended up never even wearing it. Just trying it on a few times.

Olive- its cotton... and yes i can ship to london but it will be about $10 extra... i can check shipping prices tomorrow to be exact if you want. Modal- I dont have any pictures of the soles of the boot, and if i had a camera i'd be happy to take some for you. but i had to borrow a friends camera just to get this thread up... sorry :/. they are in fuckin great condition though.
