Vintage Shell Cordovan Longwings 10 D

SOLD NEW PICS ADDED AND MEASUREMENTS FOR THOSE WHO ASKED. This is a pair of Freeman "Bootmaker Guild" Longwings in a beautiful brown shell cordovan. Uppers are near perfect, only a few minor scuffs. Soles are double and nowhere near needing replacement. These shoes are storm welted, but so finely done that you can barely tell the storm welt is there. Its not the squared, protruding storm welt you find on vintage Florsheims, but rounded and well set into the space between welt and upper. Heels are original and the upper layer may soon need attention. Asking $125 OBO shipped CONUS. PM questions or interest. Interior toe to heel is 11" Exterior toe to heel is 12 1/4" widest part of sole is 4 1/2" All measurements are approximate.

Man, those are some nice shoes! Wish my feet (and everything else ) were bigger.

Wish they were a 1/2 size bigger. Those are nice.

These do look really nice. How old are they? And if it wouldn't be too much trouble, could you post a side picture?

I think Freeman went out of business in the early 90's...but my guess on these would be 80s? I'm off to the Steeler game but I'll post a pic later.

Do you have measurements on these, though they're difficult to use for fit on gunboats. Perhaps more to the point, if I am a 10.25 (10 AE Park Ave's and Santoni's but 10.5 on AE Chester & other models) do you think these would fit me?

Measurements posted. I've never worn Freemans. The one other pair I've sold were to a forum member who reported them to run slightly large. They were also gunboats.
