I got my hands on another pair of the cords I sold a few months back in this thread. I still maintain these should be Black or Purple label, and must have been mislabelled in some production-line snafu, because these are the highest quality Polo-branded garment I've ever seen (or, at least the nicest not made by Corneliani or C&J). They are labelled 33", but measure 34" across without the side tab-buttons buttoned. They are basted at 29", with another 8" to let out. At 29" inseam, the hem measures just under 8 across, so they really are quite slim-fitting. For more details, click on that original link above. These are the same model, "gift givin", except a deep hunter green instead of navy. It's a great lustrous color, and very seasonal: a much more diginifed way of dressing festively for x-mas parties than somehow incorporating "santa claus red" into your outfit.
