I have found the Sumissura website and was very impressed by what they were offering. I have ordered a cashmere coat and provided right measurements. When the coat arrived both the fabric and lining looked incredibly cheap. No way that the coat was cashmere, it's probably some blend with very little wool as it looks shiny and has a feel of cheap plastic blankets. If anyone offered me the coat for free, I would not take it. It was tight and bunched up in the middle of my back. Everything looks horrible, even the buttons. I have opened a "support ticket" and asked for the full refund. Anyone can offer me a piece of advise how to go about this? Thanks
