Not hair strippers but hair relaxer and thickener?

i just shaved my hair with a #6 comb all over, and the result is...scalpy. it seems like closely shaved heads look good when the scalp isn't so exposed, and that seems to be the case when the hair lies flat against the scalp. my hair sticks straight up when it's so short - is there an actual thickening and/or hair relaxing product? i'm looking for noticeable effects. and something affordable.

p.s. what emotion is this emoticon supposed to denote? --->

My opinion would be to wait about 3 weeks and then you won't see scalp. Sounds like you just cut it a bit too short. I don't think products are going to really do anything for you at this point, especially for relaxing your hair.
