I didn't think the small in the FW15 moleskin would work, especially if i wanted to layer. Maybe the moleskin stretches a bit. Sizing is funny, though. I've got the FW15 grey tweed, and it fits considerably looser.

edit: That seems to be the opposite advice of kunk. It could be a fabric thing.

What is your chest measurement?

So far, I am not feeling EG FW15. I bought a lot from FW14 -- too much probably, but I just loved the that season's collection. Maybe, my local stockists bought unimaginative pieces, but it is nearly December and I have not bought anything from EG this season and don't feel I have missed much.

Also, it seems this season's workshirt is running larger than FW14's. The flannel ones at least. Does anyone share that view? I seem to be in between sizes much as I was in FW13.

I don't have a FW14 workshirt but I am consistently an M in EG shirts and I can say I do find the FW15 workshirt a little roomy.

I've been eying a Baker jacket. Can anyone comment about the fit? The Bureau's measurements say the shoulder is wide. I need at least a 42 inch chest and 25 sleeve - but the 20.5 shoulder to shoulder in a large is stopping me from a purchase.
thanks

Normally Baker's are around 19" shoulder width for large and about 19,5 for XL. Unless this season's vary greatly you should be fine with a large.

Not sure, but my issue with the moleskin Bedford was more about the shoulders and waist being a bit snug.

Fantastic, Thanks! These have been disappearing quickly, even before sales hit.

Oh thank you. Finally someone else shares my same opinion.

For the life of me I cannot understand how most retailers continue to buy the same thing season after season. How many seasons can they continue to carry the Bedford in Navy Serge? They can reply that it is a staple however most seem to only sell on sale.
