Do Rag & Bone jeans have twisted seams?

I just got a pair of Rag & Bone RB11's from Tobi's sale last weekend. I love the fit but noticed that the right leg has severely twisted seams -- the inseam is almost at the back of my heel. Is this normal for Rag & Bone? Should I exchange them?

If it bothers you that much, return it. Some brands are notorious twisters, some are random. I've had a pair of rb15s' for the past year that have been fine; same with a pair of rb9. RB denim tends to be softer IMO than other raw brands; in my experience the stiffer the jean, the easier it is for a crease to set and mess with the seams. It honestly doesn't bother me the way it peeves others.

There's already been a big debate on this here (poor craftsmanship vs. denim weave vs. strength of the full moon vs. latest Michael Keaton film) with no real conclusion other than your mileage may vary.

Haven't noticed it on my RB1's, for whatever that's worth.

Thanks for the input. I know that a lot of other jeans have twisted seams but didn't expect Rag & Bones to have them.

Is it on both legs or just one? The weird thing for me is that it's only on the right leg.

Welcome to right hand twill. Same reason you get much more pronounced honeycombing on your right leg.

Is it normal for the twist to be so apparent before any washing on my part? I'm just worried that they'll twist even more as I wear and wash them because they're already twisted about 60 degrees.

So how do you like them otherwise? Did you size down or go TTS?
