He does bespoke. I think Joe told me that a two piece suit would be "around $2000" CMT.

Joe Cairo told me that they have both a full bespoke option and an MTM option. According to Joe, their house style is probably closest to a Brioni in cut and style. I've only used them for alterations, and I fully trust their work and judgement on fit and workable changes.

I know Richard Lim does at least some stuff for George Hamilton - I was back in his workshop and Mr. Lim showed me some stuff he was making for Mr. Hamilton. I certainly wouldn't be surprised if Hamilton had more than one person making for him, though.
