I also just realized the Canali suit might work for a size 38R, or 39R (it's cut slim), check the measurements. to see if it can work for you. Allen Edmonds Graysons in Merlot Burnished Calf that I bought in a size 10&1/2 EEE. I wear an 11D and while these work for me they are a little tight and I thought I'd sell them for a very good price to a buyer. The uppers are like new, 9.9 out of 10, and the soles look like shoes that have been worn about 10 times. They list for $315 and Bennies sells them for $265;

I also have a really nice Canali main line size 50R-7-C which I think equates to an American size 40R drop7(so it is slim). It might well work for a size 38R or 39R too, so check the measurements. It's a slim cut suit. It's a great 3/2 roll with dual vents, flapped pockets, and pleated pants. It's a great charcoal-blue light-medium weight fabric with subtle stripes. It looks to be worn once or twice. I would sell it for $175 delivered CONUS, OBO. It is exactly like the Bluefly suit or it is a twin brother. Canali pictures:
