Interest check: Canali very recent 3/2 dual vent 40R suit & AE 10&1/2 Graysons

I love to pass on real values to SF members. I'm sort of like a non Korean SF member "shoe" Canali suit SOLD & AE Graysons SOLD, Thanks SF! Lot's of interest but nothing final. Canali Suit pictures are below those of the AEs Graysons. I also just realized the Canali suit might work for a size 38R, or 39R (it's cut slim), check the measurements. to see if it can work for you. Allen Edmonds Graysons in Merlot Burnished Calf that I bought in a size 10&1/2 EEE. I wear an 11D and while these work for me they are a little tight and I thought I'd sell them for a very good price to a buyer. The uppers are like new, 9.9 out of 10, and the soles look like shoes that have been worn about 10 times. They list for $315 and Bennies sells them for $265; Here's Bennies $265 listing for the Graysons I would sell these(pictured below) for $50 delivered CONUS. A $210 saving over Bennies price and a $255 saving over list price. Pictures of the actual AEs for sale: I also have a really nice Canali main line size 50R-7-C which I think equates to an American size 40R drop7(so it is slim). It might well work for a size 38R or 39R too, so check the measurements. It's a slim cut suit. It's a great 3/2 roll with dual vents, flapped pockets, and pleated pants. It's a great charcoal-blue light-medium weight fabric with subtle stripes. It looks to be worn once or twice. I would sell it for $175 delivered CONUS, OBO. It is exactly like the Bluefly suit or it is a twin brother. Canali pictures: Here are measurements to see if it could work for you. I'll take pictures in the light tomorrow to get the best representation of color. It is exactly like the Bluefly suit or it could be a twin brother.

And for those that have PMed me, I'll have pictures taken in natural light of the actual AE Graysons for sale, up tomorrow. Lots of interest but AE Graysons and Canali suit still available.

Nice Canali. If only it were a 36R.

You've misidentified the size on the suit. A 50 C equates to a 40 S, not a 40 R.

Other than the cuff, is there any extra length in the pants? In other words, if I wanted a 30-inch inseam, would I be able to get that with cuffs?

I'm not sure. There's some additional material beside the cuff, but I almost always see people saying that a cuffed inseam can generally only be lengthened by giving up the cuff. I think that an inch could be gained with a cuff retained.

I'm no tailor though. I'm going to take a picture and get a knowledgeable member or a tailors opinion. Hope that helps.
