is this very similar Scottish check overcoat:
According to Tutee in his London Lounge essay:
This is rough Scotch tweed with fly front, peaked lapels, raglan shoulders and turned back cuffs. The loose fit is an important feature here.
The coat offered here differs in some ways. There is no fly front and the collar is balmacaan style rather than having peak lapels. There is also a very useful working collar/lapel button.

Tagged a 42 Long, it likely would work for a 44 as well:
Chest, underarm to underarm: ~25"
Interior sleeve measurement (from pit to bottom): 16"
Length from bottom of collar: 43"
As it has raglan sleeves there is no defineable shoulder area or exterior sleeve measurement from the non-existent shoulder. I can provide any other measurements on request.
Please note, the center button on the front has come off, but is still with the coat. It is in the pocket and will be an easy fix to sew on.
