Manasdirge, GL on the Aubercy monks, they look pretty great but I don't think I can pull them off.
I'm a US 7 and tried JL in 6E and they were just a hair voluminous. I've always wanted to try them on 5.5E although I don't think they'll fit well.

Here are a few sources:

1. The Armoury, Hong Kong - starts from UK 5.0.  HK$400 a pair when I bought six pairs a couple of years ago.  Alas they now stock Carmina shoes trees instead.  Size 5 currently out of stock. https://thearmoury.com/catalogs/shop/accessories/shoes/carmina-perni-0001-shoe-trees Cheaper to buy directly from Carmina http://www.carminashoemaker.com/shoe-care/mens-shoe-tree

2  Herring Shoes - I got their old version when they went on sale.  .http://www.herringshoes.co.uk/product-info.php?shoeid=1482&brandid=6

3. Bodileys of Northampton stocks C&J shoe trees in size 5: http://www.bodileys.com/accessories/shoe-trees/c-jshoetree.html

4. If you're feeling adventurous, try Taobao:
