FS: Book (The Washingtonienne by Jessica Coulter)

I'm offering for sale this book, Jessica Coulter's "The Washingtonienne" for only $4 shipped in America and Canada, and $8 shipped worldwide. From Publishers Weekly: "Cutler, the lowly Senate staffer who rocked the Capital... with her salacious online diary, rehashes her ride into infamy in a tart, shallow tell-all that begs off as fiction. Smart but spoiled Jacqueline heads for the Hill after a broken engagement in New York. Soon this party girl is cavorting through the Capitol, where shameless flirting and sex appeal take her a long way. In Jacqueline's opinion, government is "Hollywood for the Ugly," and she coasts on her looks to score a fluffy job in a senator's office and effortlessly entice politicos on the prowl. She mines her dizzying array of casual sexploits, dished in callous, raunchy detail, for a blog to keep her friends in the loop ("I was a bitchy slut and so were all of my friends. Why not put it out there?"). Jacqueline winds up on D.C. gossip site Blogette—prompting her abrupt dismissal, an underdeveloped bit of soul-searching and lots of media attention. The flimsy garb of fiction makes for one coy striptease: just how much of Jessica emerges in Jacqueline? Who are the real-life counterparts to her paramours? For those who can conjure last summer's scandal, the reprise will liven up this year's beach batch. From AudioFile: "Cutler's book is a lewd, boisterously smutty, funny, observant Washington tell-all. Reader Dia Shepardson injects her narration with a wild and woolly devil-may-care abandonment, and a dizzying pace that keeps up with the amorous adventures of Washington intern Jacqueline Turner, whose nightlife supersedes her activities on the Hill. Shepardson slows down a bit to coyly but cynically show Jackie's decision to put it all out there in a blog, which scandalizes the Capitol gang, gets her fired, and ostracized. However, it also makes her a media darling with a book offer. If this sounds familiar, it's because the author blogged her sexual exploits last year and ended up in the same sweet spot as her heroine." Money-back guarantee if not completely satisfied with purchase. All forms of remuneration accepted. Thank you for looking.

Haha...from the thread title I thought this was a book written by Ann Coulter's daughter exposing her mom as a militant lesbian.

I'm amazed at some of the stuff you have for sale, amerikajinda! It seems more like a service on your part rather than a sale, when you sell items for $4.00. I, too, thought the thread title referred to Ann Coulter, and not Jessica Cutler. AAMOF if you can get a copy of this fine publication, I'll buy it!

Amerikanninja, your Asian fetish knows no bounds. rnoldh, the Cutler Pl@yb0y pictures are apparently online, as I quite honestly discovered by accident by clicking on a Wonkette link, expecting nothing but gossip and political satire.

that was a funny article!! Yeah, I try to price my stuff as low as possible because if I can develop a reputation for having good prices then people will be more apt to click on my sales links in the future!
