Kitchen appliances - what do you use? - Page 2

I've used Cooks illustrated reviews to decide on each piece of equipment i've purchased for the kitchen. I never just go out and buy something. I have a L'Equipe RPM blender and KA Pro 600, but no food processor. I really don't see the need for a food processor and I do a lot of cooking.

Kitchen appliances?

I don't have any. I mix, cut and chop everything by hand. Fun and relaxing for me, but definitely not for everyone.

The kitchen aid mixers are pretty bad ass, though. I also love the look of the classic Waring blender, but it's pricey for what you get.

Due to my living situation at the moment I only have an Aroma brand double hot plate.

Total Blender by blendtec if you want to make perfect smoothies. It does a bunch of other things to.
