You should at least leave a reply to your feedback which explains what the seller did.

Here's a link to the Ebay page that you need, Feedback Forum, go to the tab on the right, "Feedback Tools", and then hit "Follow up to feedback left". Then you can leave a comment(under your original positive feedback) explaining what happened. You should do this for others, so they don't get screwed.
