Practice Bikram Yoga for 30 days and you'll loose your gut by a couple of inches. Guarantee! Nothing else works faster than this series.

If you do any type of movement in "a room heated to 105°F (40.5°C) with a humidity of 40%" (from wikipedia) you'll lose weight guaranteed, most of it water.

Correct plus improved muscle tone. If you're in Chicago, I used to practice Bikram yoga at the Old Town studio on the top floor of a brownstone building.

Maybe this has already been said (too lazy to read all posts), but it's obvious you don't really want to get in shape. Everyone can find the time and money to join a gym and work out. You need one hour a day, four days a week minimum and $50 to join a gym (or less). My Planet Fitness charges $10 a month for it's basic membership; mine is $20. Quit being a copout.

It has been. And why did you bother to post, in any case?

A gym isn't required to 'really get in shape.' Go troll somewhere else.
