I've just bought a six-burner gas barbeque (what North Americans often refer to as a grill) and am wondering if anyone has any favourite recipes that they would like to share.
Given that we're heading into summer here in the southern hemisphere, I suspect that the barbeque will get quite a workout over the coming months, so any recommendations are welcome.
I have no reservations about foods, but with two young kids (including a babe in arms) in the household, simple recipes are welcome!
