What do you all think of double breasted shawl collar dinner jackets?
I am not a big fan of the double breasted jacket weither it be part of a tux or dinner jacket or with a plain suit. I do like the shawl style, but prefer the notch lapel.

The jacket I posted, actually, is double breasted, though you can't see that in the photo. Also - to the dude below me... does formal wear make you want to grab your own butt?

Just friends. We had the opportunity to use a historical manor for a private New Year's eve party and just decided to go all the way.

Now to find other occasions to wear my ensemble

From my January wedding...

"¢ Viktor & Rolf 1 button peak lapel tuxedo (lots of pickstitching, you can see some of it in the picture... I liked it)

"¢ Finamore Napoli (Andrea Napoli) wing collar micro-pleated bib shirt

"¢ Beauties Ltd freestyle bow tie (I actually find these easier to do than a 4IH now, as I probably tried doing the knot 100 times )

"¢ Gucci Pour Homme ribbed waistcoat (earlier in the thread).

"¢ A Testoni cap toe shoes, spit-shined to a mirror polish

"¢ Thrifted cufflinks. Fake metal abounds, but they did the job.

The wife thinks it is possible, but I promised that I would only do so for TB discounts.

PMs are welcome.

did you wear braces under the waist coat? I am in the final stage of finalizing my wedding attire too, and can't make up my mind wheather to just wear braces or too add a low waist coat.
