Prefer it on the side with dry-rubbed meats -- will try just about any variation this way.

I generally like my ribs and brisket dry, but I do enjoy some of the old fashioned bacon fat, onion and vinegar sauces.

No sauce, just a dry rub and on the pork 'que, the occasional lime squeeze which is a remnant of my caribbean heritage.
