It's not the most difficult thing to learn but when you are folding multiple t-shirts I think it is a bit of a challenge to get them all exactly the same size with the necks all lined up...

I found that if I hold my pointer finger along the top of the shirt, starting at the collar's edge I should start the fold at about 2/3rds my finger length. That helps keep all the collars nice and uniform
