I read a review of the Booker's bourbon I picked up the other night.. Tasting notes included bacon fat.. Pick yourself up a bottle Conne, you can have your bacon and bourbon too..

I bought some really cheap bacon that's mostly fatback, so I haven't really been eating it so much as rendering the grease out to fry stuff in.

Got love those pigs for becoming bacon. Such a crispy delight to have in sandwiches burgers or or just by itself.

^^^^One of my friends bought it for me when he went on a trip to states and it was, fraankly, disgusting. It tasted nothing like bacon and it's not really worth putting it on anything. Real bacon is so much better...
