Yeah...I noticed those--really a good deal. Does anyone know whether the two models with the elongated split toes (the antiqued ones and the ones right after in the above listing) are made from the same last? They look a little different to me--with the antiqued ones seeming a little sleeker--but this could be purely the result of some distortion in the pictures and not really exist. I'm also curious about the stated retail price difference--$875 vs. $995. Are they both from the top line of SM?

I'm impressed by the antique ones. I saw them in a double monk version at a store, and I'm hoping they one day make it on to STP. If you prefer laces, at STP's price, I don't think you'd be disappointed. I do agree they are pretty sleek, and comparing them in pictures only (someone had posted the non-antique ones here before), the antique ones look much better.

My experience with "black line"-bolognia shoes was : they fit true to US size, but not very roomy in the instep.

When I look, the code evf1177 does not take off a further 20 %. i.e. AEs remain at $118 :-(

Try code EET11167 for 25% off. I just got the brown wingtip Trickers for $192 and free shipping.

Thanks for the 25% off code. I just bought the Antiqued Split Toe Sutors for $289 w/ the extra 3% back from fatwallet + STP's free shipping offer. If I don't like them i'll offer them up to ya'll or send them back. This was too good of a deal to pass up for the $5 return fee it would cost me.

Ouch. I'll bet you're an 11, right? I was going to grab those and the loafers on the same thought as you (worth checking them out for $5), and it looks like I spent too much time looking rather than putting in the cart. I did snag the loafers though. If you are indeed the 11 swiper, let me know if you decide against them.
