Which and why?

While I've quit drinking sodas, except the occasional diet mountain dew, when I did drink sodas I always much preferred Pepsi to Coke.

On a side note, I've heard the most understood word in the world is 'coke'.

Diet Pepsi with food - Diet Coke by itself.

For some reason I feel that diet Pepsi is smoother and cleanses the palate more than diet Coke.

Coke, especially if it's of the Mexican variety.

To me Pespi is disgustingly sweet. Coke is more bitter compared to Pespi and I like it that way.

But Mexican Coke is out of this world (they use real can sugar instead of high fructose corn suryp).

But if we're talking Diet sodas, Pespi beats Coke hands down.

Classy people drink Royal Crown Cola... I think it's what Princess Di used to drink.

coca cola is crisper tasting than Pepsi. also i find pepsi has a strange sugar-sweet and some bad tap water-tasting combo feel , i cannot explain.

coke just tastes cleaner, crisper. i like that. stays bubbly longer in ice.

but these days i just drink sparkling water w/ orange or berry hint of flavor to it.
Trader Joe's has this Crystal Geyser sparkling water .
cheaper, no calories, just as crisp as soda, but without sugar and better.

I prefer Pepsi. Even loved me some Pepsi Points back in the day.

However,
For Thanksgiving dinner I am excited for a Coca-Cola glazed ham that I will be enjoying.

100% Coke. Pepsi is it's retarded cousin, if you ask me. Of course after discovering (and becoming addicted to) Boylan's Sugar Cane Cola, I am spoiled for life. It's like drinking wine from a box your whole life and discovering Brunello.

I definitely prefer Coke. My Pepsi loving family doesn't understand how I could be raised in a house that only had Pepsi and then make the switch and never look back.

Between the two, Coke because Pepsi tastes like fucking Nutrasweet and food coloring.

It's a moot point, though, because Dr Pepper is a superior choice to both.

Pepsi...Coke tastes like rancid water. Diet coke is an abomination, altho Coke Zero is surprisingly good.

but as I don't drink sugar'd soda, Diet Pepsi is my go to. The best is Pepsi Jazz which is a Diet strawberry/creme/cola (there are 2 other flavors too, but that one is my fave)

In the end......Royal Crown > Pepsi > Coke

Pepsi is crap compared to Coke - way too sweet. In terms of Diet Pepsi vs. Diet Coke, if I go to a restaurant and order a Diet Coke and they ask if Pepsi's okay, I actually change my order to unsweetened iced tea. Diet Pepsi is awful.
Of course, taste is mostly subjective so who cares.
