Look, the way you perceive human relationships is shitty and if you need a manual or listen to programs/read instruction books to do that kind of thing you won't be able to because this stuff is circumstancial. You're too american to attempt this...

I need to explain because this is the same as the responses on the first page. By pick up this girl I don't mean walk out of the store with her, OK?! No girl is going to ditch her bf on a dime, even if she wants to. She has appearances to keep and a big fight to avoid. She will only assent if you can manage it tactly, and preferably, secretly, without the bf's knowledge. So this idea you guys have in your minds of walking up, getting down on your knees and proposing is ridiculous (and naive).

The best you can hope for in this situation is to establish interest and exchange personal information so that the seduction can begin in earnest at another time and another place. All done w/o the bf catching on. (though in some cases it wouldn't matter if he suspects, like when the girl is ready to ditch him, this happens often enough, just look for the clingy bf syndrome.).
