This was a gift from my boss. I kept it for a few months before I just sold it. It is pretty solid. Made in USA. You can't beat the quality. If I needed a sterling silver money clip I would buy a...

I just picked this up and I am pretty pleased. Just what I expected. I am pleased with the Bark. However, I wish it was a little darker. A great deal for $35. Comparable to other belts in the...

those are some nice greens...Chris, my god, i am glad there is another person here who has my sickness of buying and changing mind !!
Yes you've infected me! No seriously...it's taken me a while to realize that I have a hard foot to fit. None of these shoes I'm selling are comfortable at all after about 2- 3 hours. I'm basically a 10.5 C in most US sizes, and I've been buying 10D US.
Thanks!

Chris,
What's the condition of the C & J chukkas? How many times have you worn them?
Thanks,
Tom

Hey Tom....when I first bought these last December I wore them 2-3 times a week for a couple months. Then I started to accumulate a bunch of new pairs of shoes and they didn't get worn at all for months. If I had to estimate I'd say they've seen around 30 or so wearings. They've always had the C&J shoe trees inserted immediately after wearing and I also keep them conditioned.

If I hadn't seen the soles I would have thought the EGs were new. Where are the creases? Beautiful shoes wish there was something in my size.
I get asked about the absence of creases on my shoes all the time. In my experience it's all about using leather conditioner and lasted and/or manufacturer shoe trees, as well as a weeks rest between wearings.
Eventually some of my shoes will start to develop more creases, like my new beloved Vass, as they are comfortable and will most likely see many years of use. At that point I'll welcome the character the creases bring!
Lastly...really good shoes don't crease nearly as much as cheap shoes (big surprise!). I saw a picture of 15+ year old Church's Oxfords on the London Lounge and they looked like they were a few months old.
With good care of good shoes they should look great for most of their life.

Great so far! Glad to hear you like yours as well.
