Noble house and escobar brothers

Thread Starter
Has anyone had experience getting clothes made by Noble House (Hong Kong) or Escobar Brothers (San Francisco)? I've had some experience with Noble House and would consider it positive, but I don't really have anyone to compare them to since I haven't had clothes made by anyone else. I just heard about Escobar Brothers who are local. I'd really like to know what people think of either of them.

I have a couple shirts and a suit from Noble House. For the money, I'm underwhelmed. The jacket is fused and the construction and fit are nothing special. Also, the salesman never stopped trying to upsell me on other items, more expensive materials, etc. I won't be placing more orders with them. dan

I have two suits from Noble house and 6 shirts - I too am underwhelmed. The shirts are fine, but Ricky at Jantzen does a better job for half the money. The suits are very nice fabrics but of average construction - fused, uninspired and of average fit. With the discovery of this forum and the Ebay tips and other very useful information, I can get much better suits that are fully canvassed with a good bit of handwork for the same or less money including the necessary alterations. No way I'd ever place another order...
