Hi all.

Here is a list of things I am trying to sell. I paid a substantial amount more than what I am selling them for, but I just don't seem to ever wear them or don't wear them anymore. Please check them out and ask any questions that you may have. Also, feel free to make me an offer on any of the items. As marked, all prices are shipped but if you happen to live in the Chicagoland area, I can meet you up and you can deduct 5 bucks from the price.

Thanks!

1) Black Rokara Waxed Cotton Jacket sz Large - worn once - *SOLD*

2) Brown Opening Cerimony Suede Chakka Boots sz 45 - unworn - asking $105 shipped

3) Acne Mic Blacktrash 34x34 - worn once, bought from denimbar for $180 - asking $90 shipped

4) Acne Moc Retro 34x34 - worn once, bought off ebay for $110 - asking $ 75 shipped

5) Nudie Slim Jim Original Blue 36x34, bought from matthew izzo for $265 - used - asking $60 shipped

Comment: I snagged the Nudies the first week I bought them and had them professionally patched. The patch has held up very well.

measurements on the rokara jacket, plz!

In my opinion, the Rokara jacket fits a size (maybe half a size, depending on how you want it to fit) small. Also in my opinion, it is fucking awesome.

what size suite jacket/blazer do you usually wear, i dont have a measuring tape around.
And chukkas are size 12? fits like a 12, or do you think they'll stretch out/etc?

Oh man I want that jacket bad. Can't afford anything atm though so I'm gonna have to hold off for a while and consider it later this month, if no one's picked it up by then.

Question #1:

Depends. I have an Isaia suit in 40r and it fits me great, and I tried on a 40 in a Jill Sanders and that fit me pretty good too. But I remember trying on a Dries van Noten blazer and needing to size up to a 42.

So normally a 40, but sized up to 42 in slimmer lines like Dries van Noten or BoO.

Question #2:

I'm normally a size 12 and I tried on and bought these shoes thinking they were a 12. I don't know whether suede stretches, but they fit me fine as is.

However, they are marked EU 45 which is either suppose to be a size or a 1/2 size smaller than a 12.

Someone buy this jacket, it's A+ super fun time.

As for sizing, just treat it like European sizing. If you're a large in, say, Zara or H&M, this is the jacket for you.

How warm would you say it is, Sauce? It's not meant for the swedish winter, obviously, but you wore your jacket in chilly weather if I'm not mistaken. Maybe I'd be able to wear it up here when winter turns to spring. It's thin but what effect does the waxed coating have?

It would make a good outer layer for cold weather. Wear it with a hoodie or something.

Arethusa is right, it's a great outer layer if you've got it over a hoodie or sweater. I wore it with a pretty thick hoodie at around 40 degrees or so when I was sick (and thus colder than usual) and I was sweating after a few minutes of walking. It's not particularly warm on its own, but it traps heat well, I suppose because it doesn't "breathe" as easily with the wax coating.
