This is why I think a non-replaceable internal hard drive is bad. To summarize, MS will require games to be downloaded onto the hard drive to be played. 500 GB will disappear quickly when games are 40, 50, or even 60 GB, which is probable with the anticipated advanced graphics; after all, current games are often 15+ GB. If we are to expect a 5 year or longer lifecycle for this console, that's a lot of time to accumulate games, even for the casual player. I have more than 15 games, I'd like to be able to play any of them without being forced to delete another.
The 360 has an easily upgradeable hard drive, so this is clearly a step backwards. And yes, there will be ports to plug in external HDs, but that's probably going to lead to a drop in performance, in addition to the hassle of finding more space for extra tech.
What does my age have to do with any of that?
