I purchased GameParty and Rayman Raving Rabids for $20 each from Target yesterday. They are ok and have lots of minigames to play. It will be good when company comes over.

For $20 they'll probably be solid party games.

RTS nerds: buy Sins of a Solar Empire. It's a 4x game akin to Civ or GalCiv except it's an RTS. Probably one of the most addicting games I've ever played and I actually have to keep track of the time as I get so engrossed in it. Also, it runs on pretty much anything (I think minimum requirements are 1.8ghz, 512mbs of RAM and a Radeon 9800 and it will run fine on something a little worse than that, as I've tried).

And no Mario Kart 64?? For shame!

I drunkenly played mario kart 64 last night. I ended up losing on the ice level because at the last second that penguin came out of nowhere and knocked me down.

Just beat Stranglehold for the 360. It was alright. It tried too hard to be a John Woo movie.

I'm going through DMC4 right now. Graphically and cut-scene/script wise it's definitely on a lower level than Uncharted or Ratchet & Clank, but I'm enjoying it.

I am really working on my Madden skills as you can see from www.wii-records.com. I am eagerly awaiting the release of Super Smash Bros. I am still debating about getting MLB for the Wii when it comes out next month. The Bigs was a sorry baseball game for the Wii. We need a good baseball game for it.

I hate that penguin even more than I hate missing the shortcut on the beach (which I ALWAYS do)

That penguin is such a little bitch.

I think the only way I can ever get the shortcut at the beach is if I use a mushroom to get up that ramp. Maybe I'm doin somethin wrong? Who knows.

Cannot wait for Mario Kart on the Wii!!!

You better go out and reserve it if you have not. My local GameStop has over 500 reservations already, and I don't live in a big town. They claim that the reservation pace is far exceeding what they were getting for Halo.
