What this means is that in addition to buying Blue Blue Japan at Japanese retail (including pieces you can't find elsewhere), you can buy from all of Seilin's affiliated brands. If you like RRL (@Dirty Denim), maybe give Blue Blue (the more 'American/Western' take on indigo goods) a try. Or Gaijin Made, which has great prices on some really, really cool stuff.

Ill be on their webshop for hours.  Those dbl gauze striped pants are driving me insane man..TY

How's the sizing on that? The 4 looked a little on the small side from measurements.

The 4 fits me just like my other 4 outerwear (sashiko coat) does - a solid xl. Very comfy, not tight at all. Plenty of room for a layer or two. It's awesome - perfect weight for spring.

Sounds like I should have risked it!

probably, because it's awesome. Never fear - there will be more awesome blue things. I have foreseen it.

It was the 55cm chest Stylebop quoted that had me woried - my BBJ Mackinaw is 61 and a great fit, an older season coated cotton coat is about 58cm and as close as I'm comfortable with.

@Synthese

Whats the largest chest measurement on BBJ tops?  I stay away because i have only seen measurements that would equate to a large.  I need atleast a 23 inch ptp for shirts or 24 for jackets

No idea how big it goes, but I don't think I've seen anything with a 48" chest. I have a 42" chest, and find that XL tends to fit me very well. That doesn't help you, of course, but I wouldn't lose hope.

If you check the HRM eshop, they'll list measurements, and even if they don't stock anything larger than an L (often the case) you can usually extrapolate to XL (carried by other stores) based on the sizes they do list. I wouldn't be surprised if some of the unlined spring/summer stuff would fit you; shop coats and things like that seem to be essentially free-size.

I typically have issues with shoulder and chest measurements regardless of brand so im forced to up size in most cases.

You'll probably struggle - I'm a 43" chest and did find one shirt this winter which fits well (rounded collar white cotton) and has a chest slightly over 23". The Mackinaw jacket from this winter is probably borderline (I make mine about 24" externally but it is thick and fleece lined). They do sell the odd piece in a size 5, but you're talking hen's teeth rarity.

Finally ordered my first blue blue piece from the Unionmade sale. Popcorn wool blazer in a size large with the extra 40% off. Just hope this thing fits or that its even in stock

So I just got my first piece of BBJ and it's the SS16 chore which I picked up in a size 5 (XXL) from END.

I'm a 44" chest - Gitman Vintage L shirts fit me perfectly and I'm a 54/56 in Boglioli if that's useful.

Glad I got the 5. Definitely fits slim. Anyone else who skates the L/XL line across brands then I'd definitely recommend a size 5 in BBJ.
