I think they are the 'Accento' rather than the 'Daniely' model. US only though

No, it's Daniely. Accento is a wholecut with medallion.

^ This is a Daniely from an ebay seller, the 'seam' at the end of the laces extends all the way aound the shoes. Not the case for gorgesailor's pair ? Unless both models are called 'Daniely'...

You are correct. It's the After. I didn't see that the seam didn't extend on the side. The Accento has a similar design but with no toe cap.

possibly a little narrow... possibly. I've read that tramezzas can run a little narrow... but not sure about the After model per se.

I usually go up half a size on the Tramezzas. I usually wear 11s or 44 in other shoes such as Mantellassi and Santoni (10.5 in FAM Santoni). The 11.5 tramezzas fit me well. I'm selling them because I have too many similar shoes and I'm running out of space. I hope this helps.
