Finn/Scandinavian help?

I have a conundrum. I would like to buy ten or twelve champagne flutes in the Iittala Kolibri model. Unfortunately, it's apparently discontinued, and not even Replacements Limited has them. However, a couple of website selling only to Finland or to Denmark have them available. Would anyone be able to help, possibly, by ordering and then re-sending them to me in Paris?

And yes, I've looked at Baccarat and Saint-Louis, but none of their models had the same simplicity and fluidity.

What are the web sites? I have some friends in Finland...

http://www.iittalahomeshopping.com is one site -- ships only to Finland. I'd obviously pay for all shipping, including shipping to me in Freedom.

I am in Stockholm, Sweden.

If you let me know what to order and how you want me to pass it on to you I´ll be happy to help.

Is this the model you want?

Exactly!!!

They're sold in packs of two -- I'd like to buy six or seven sets, so 12-14 flutes in all.

Thanks so much.

I'm living in Finland right now. I could do it for you if you'd like. Would you just pay and order them to my address, and I send them on to you?
PM me.

Thanks Kever. Thing is, the website's in Finnish and as far as I can tell might require a credit card billing address in Finland. I received your PM, but I wasn't sure if you a) would be willing to charge them and receive reimbursement from me via check in euros or paypal and b) would have a credit card whose billing address is in Finland.

Well, It looks like they take an Osuuspankki bank card, which I have. I think it can work but I'll have to have someone help me translate the Finnish. Paypal would work out the best for me. PM me if you'd like to do this and I can probably order them by Thursday.

Kever, if you don't mind me asking, where are you living in Finland? I went on an exchange to Jyvaskyla last year and had a great time...

Stazy, I talked to you through PM's about it. I'm in Pihtipudas and Aanekoskie. We go to Jyvaskyla sometimes. This weekend actually we are going to the Giggling Marlin I think. I've never been, but heard it's pretty fun.

Oh yah, haha. I don't know what I was thinking...I never went to the Giggling Marlin because I think you have to be 23 to get in.

Restaurant age limits in Finland are not hard limits. Restaurants are permitted to allow entrance if you're 18, the limits are just a way to help restaurants in choosing their clientele and to convey a certain image.
