Thx @carreragt7 & @rhz5001 ... Just got really touchy, because the skirt I bought from L****da was clearly faked (back waist hem undone, another tag put on,and then hacked back together; sold NWT) -- Me thinks her minions aren't able to sift out the counterfeiters.

Anyone familiar with this tag?

On a trenchcoat I grabbed for what seemed like a decent price, but maybe it's some kind of antique diffusion line or something?

Congrats on the cat!  I have 3 semi-feral strays that hang around my house - 2 females and 1 male...and after a fiasco with kittens and getting them adopted out etc I ended up having both females spayed (not cheap, and one was already pregnant again so the vet kept it for almost 3 months until it had its kittens and they were adopted out).  Still gotta catch the male in the live trap and get him neutered, in case some strange female comes around.  Plus I ended up keeping one of the kittens that was abandoned by it's mom for some reason.  The neighbors call me the crazy cat guy.

I would expect as much from L***a, though even The Real Real has had at least one obvious (to me) counterfeit - those terribly done fake Loro Piana spatter/camo jackets that are still on eBay.

appreciate the PPU ^^^

I'm too lazy to do PPU but it'd probably be like $3.50 or less on every haul since everything is so cheap here.

Finally getting around to hanging decor in our new house. Some thrifted highlights...

My office is all thrifted art.

My desk might be a bit cluttered at the moment...

Warning: Spoiler! (Click to show)

My favorite thrifted piece got the spot over our bed.

i'd be more impressed if you gave the time you spent finding the stuff you do.

your PPU is already ridiculous, but i imagine your thrift times are even more absurd. you find stuff that would take most of us weeks, months, even years to find.

do you comb through the whole store or just look at what catches your eye?

how fast can you comb a whole store if you feel like it?

In the field, hoping for an assist. Completeds are all over the place. Worth the pickup for probably $7? Hard 3, peak lapels, dual vent. Not sure the market for this designer.
