Coach shearling was my favorite piece.

Quick thrift run after work today. 4 sportcoats and 2 suits. HF is cashmere.

The Prada suit was an easy pick-up at $14, but not so sure about the aquascutum. Nice suit... but probably not much for flipping?

Haven't been able to get out much, but had a day off last week so managed to hit some stores and take photos of the ever-growing backlog. I'm running out of space in the closet to store all this, so call dibs if you want it before I ship it off to a consignor. Shitty phone pics as per usual.

Pop on the waterbug.

I basicaly never hit the knits, but am glad I did this time around. This thing is so thick and soft. Might give it to the wife if it fits her unless someone's dying for it. Found a couple other Pringle sweaters (catch and release) and some stuff for me.

NWT pink Dunhill

Lo heads get at me. Heavy-ass all silk cable knit sweater.

EZ 100% cashmere triple patch 3r2. Soooo nice. A touch too big for me, but trying to justify keeping it anyway.

Don't know why the pictures keep flipping around on me, but a couple Burberry shirts of unknown authenticity (any legit checks would be appreciated).

Jil Sander

Pop on Brioni (x2)

LP (pop) linen that looks like it lived in a plastic bag for a couple months before getting dropped off.

Also hit the quintfecta of Armani Collezioni from a big-shot CEO here in town, but of dicey quality and unvented, so catch and release. Also catch and release, this PRL abomination:

Absolutely amazing haul spoo^^

I haven't been out in a long while but just snagged this E-Thrift - St. Andrews and the seller accepted my lowball best offer beneath the shown price (my size too)

Vintage Polo with big graphics like that duck shirt is generally not something to pass over. Looks like that particular shirt isn't mega valuable so no big deal (there is one sitting on the other site for $85)

....but if you pass just because it's ugly, then you're likely to pass over others which could go for hundreds. Some of the big graphic shirts like the casino, cycling, etc go for crazy money.

Been grinding away ... trying to list and consign more than I buy; but having some trouble keeping up.  Here are some fun finds, though not in Spoo league:

A surprisingly nice Southwick Sport Coat.  No material tag, but feels like wool/cashmere blend.  And it's my size ...

Warning: Spoiler! (Click to show)

Canali Proposta, wool/cash Overcoat for $10 ... sure

Some random ties ... J Press, Claudio Marinetti 7-fold?, Robert Talbott Carmel BOC, Paul Stuart Italy

Donegal sweater, Vince Cashmere color block, and Bill's Khakis ... been finding a pair of pants or a shirt almost every time I'm out.  Is Bill peaking?

Canali Suit ... will need some cleaning ....

A Jack Victor for Rothmans jacket.  Loro Piana 120s and feels pretty nice ...

And a fun e-thrift to share ...

LEAD Technologies Inc. V1.01

They were pretty beat up, but a little conditioner and polish ... and they look pretty good!

@Spoopoker: Every piece was awesome! Oh, by the way, I think that Michelangelo jacket is made by Isaia by Michelangelo by Isaia in a factory owned by Michelangelo for Isaia.

@everyone else: I'm going to get caught up on gift exchange PMs this afternoon, hold tight!

File under an unexpectedly awesome benefit of having this store. These two kids came in, and said they read the book that I read, Red Paperclip. They wanted to trade something to work their way up to something dope, maybe like a pair of Yeezys (which I happened to have on and also on the shelf smile.gif ). So I traded them an Hermes tie for their Vineyard Vines tote bag. Kids like this make me so proud. I told them my Ferrari story and chatted with them for a little bit. They were so thankful to trade for an awesome piece. They just started and they said they started with a red paperclip and traded it for $4 and a bag of zeppoles from the local pizzeria. They had that, a broken VV tote bag, and their grandfathers old camera. I told them I would take the VV bag, but if they had the zeppoles I would prefer those! They said they ate them already but that was cool. We snapped this pic, they left and I went to dinner with my wife. When I came back to get my car from the store, there was a bag of zeppoles on it. Legit had a tear in my eye and I still have goosebumps writing this.

That's awesome Spoo, they sound like great kids. Plus the one on the right is a fellow gooner. He'll go far. icon_gu_b_slayer[1].gif
