I had a friend that was addicted to soda like that. He was a skinny dude and had a huge gut just from soda. He finally quit drinking soda, didn't do any other exercising at all and it went away within a few months. That shit is so insanely bad for you. Good luck with quitting. Decided to post and brag about this vest purchase. I've had the seersucker suit for a while but while I was walking around yesterday, the vest caught my eye and I picked it up. Behold the materials match almost perfectly!

Not bad for matching it from memory! Different brands too!

The practicality of a 3 piece seersucker doesn't make too much sense but it's too cool to pass up. smile.gif

They mentioned, not enough material to make dual-vent, but they could accomodate single-vent, if I wanted that.  I just didn't want to pay that right now, too.  I'm going to leave it ventless for now, as I'm a pretty slim guy, and figure out if I want the single vent or not.

I track my macros daily and that's more sugar than I consume in an entire week (with exceptions when I have a cheat day twice a month) peepwall[1].gif

I love Mountain Dew though. Used to drink it all the time when I was a kid.

Used to drink several cans of Coke a day, then that spiraled out of control into 1 2-litre a day, then sometimes 2 a day. That's over a gallon of coke per day... Pretty sure some girl in the news died of kidney or liver failure who drank that much. I eventually quit drinking it, I was around 265lbs and in terrible health back then. I think my kidneys were starting to malfunction and I was probably technically diabetic. That was 2+ yrs ago. I weened myself off with juice, then eventually cut out sugary shit almost altogether.

195 lbs now and I feel amazing. Soda is okay to have once in awhile, but large amounts are straight poisonous. #drinkwaternotsoda
