Looks like shell to me- I see too many scuffs on the toes to attribute the lack of tiny creases to lack of wear.

Isn't the Italian word for cotton spelled cotone? I would expect that to be the first word on the content tag if it was made in Italy. I'm hardly an expert though so don't take my single potential red flag as confirmation that it's fake.

Font looks similar to one used by Mabro (they make Prade and Louis Vuitton suits too).
