Oh, wait!  Nobody told me.

You have to wear pants when you post here?  :)

But I live a pants-free lifestyle!  :rotflmao:

That's a chunk of change to not know which ones or how many are damaged. Couple that with $25 shipping and as they say on Shark Tank, "For these reasons, I am out."

I knew exactly what that was going to be before I clicked on it. I threw $425 at it, but I think I'm going to sit it out at this point.

Dudes. Literally read the last three pages with my mouth hanging open. Five Kitons, Spoo's and Wes's hauls, everything else...wow.

Heyhooo, gonna need more pics on this. You can't just drop something like that and walk away! BTW, that's either the 1936 or 39 label. Unless you're actually seeing a 1934 date, in which case you may have discovered a new union tag nobody's seen before.

Doh. Meant to type 1939. You're correct. Think 1934 was typed as I was looking at the vintage label guide and saw that.
It's an HSM. Nothing too special I guess but it is crispy and no real wear from the looks of it.

Yeah, I'm following it to see what a lot like that would bring (as I could do a few)

Odd question but has anybody ever found legit antique scrimshaw before? Or is anybody on here an antique scrimshaw expert?

Haven't had much time to post my finds recently, but just coming to the end of cleaning up a bunch of shoes I've picked up over the last couple of weeks, ready to go on the other site. I would have kept a bunch of these, but most are a UK9 and I'm a UK8.

Crockett & Jones

RM Williams, with rubber soles. These have hardly seen any use.

Firetrap chelsea boots

new old stock Cheaneys

Sanders that look like they've been worn for all of 30 seconds

Country calf Loakes

Another pair of Loakes

Grensons loafers, I haven't polished these yet

Ladies Gucci

Chimala is super dope, retails for over $400, looks like the destroyed shirt. I believe a lot of their stuff is gender neutral so double check

Very nice! HSM in that era was actually one of the highest-end RTW suits generally available. Really high quality make and materials. I'd put that one in the earlier half of the 39-49 window, probably 39-45 or so.

What size is it?
