I would have snapped those up in a second. 8.5 shell cordovan is 24k gold on the Asian market.

the frequency your out here though? Once a month at least? or is that info I'll never get?

Either way, I think it was Monday, apparently a fresh rack of dress shirts NWTs came into one of the stores here first thing in the morning...employees said that the tags were all barneys tags but they weren't positive of any brands, assume you stopped by.

Haha, nah. My wife is from the LA area and her grandfather was in rough shape (he passed away today). We flew out to see him and help out with the family. Only hit the stores one day and it was pretty dry. Found a few things but nothing crazy.

Dang....just a few days too late on that one...

Been working overtime at work and haven't been getting out much. Got off early today, hit a spot and this guy presented himself:

Looks like velvet, feels like velvet. Would the content tag actually say "velvet" if it were or just "silk" or "cotton"?

EDIT: Only comp I could find was the same jacket that sold NWT a couple months ago..We shall see how it does.

Yeah, I knew that. Just wasn't sure if they would explicitly say it on the content tag or just say cotton.

Velvet can also be made from silk, but it's rare.

Unrelated but related...

Was in Montreal recently, but did not go to Tim Hortons. Pretty sad.
