Sweaters and coats are my favorite things to search through. In the warmer months here in NY most stores don't have them out frown.gif it's nice that some places donate the items though!

Metallica pretty much has the same iconic status as LZ. But I still don't see how it will benefit Brioni in the long run (in terms of marketing and sales). any theories?

Maybe @SpooPoker can chime since he used to work for the fashion industry (I think).

She was picking with me. She found some good shit. Was on the high right next to me, which was cool. We were high fiving in the master closet with a good 600lbs of purple label cashmere up to our knees.

Are the Off Fifth/NMLC July 4th sales usually any good?

I cant comment on recently but i remember going to NMLC and getting 3 or 4 pairs of Lobbs, 10-15 Tom Ford ties and a handful of Drakes ties and squares maybe 5-6 years ago for about a grand. @Shanejosephxxx you know which one, did you catch all those deals back then there?

To be fair, it's not a full size press, only about half size. Still heavy as hell and my arm was pretty sore when I finally got it home. ☺️

I was once looking at renting a building. The previous tenant was a goodwill and they had maybe a hundred Gaylords stored of off season merchandise. If I only knew then...

Just found deets on the NMLC sale... Excludes estate jewelry, fragrances, Godiva, Tom Ford, merchandise more deeply discounted, NM new arrival merchandise, and special events. mad.gif

Maybe I'll make the trip anyway. I don't have anything better to do on Saturday (which is unfortunately the 2nd day of the sale).

I got two of these shirts -- Brooks Brothers cotton/linen blend made in Italy. They seem nice, but I don't recognize the label. Is it anything in particular or just medium vintage from when they were figuring out their branding? Thx

Those are the Artisan label. Sortof a Golden Fleece level label. Retail on those puppies was ~$275 so good snag. What's the size by the way? If small or 15/15.5 x 33 dibs

I think I remember Drakes squares around 25 bucks a piece. 2009/2010 was when I was just getting into clothing so Tom Ford and John Lobb meant nothing to me haha. All that for a grand is such a steal!

Hi all,

Help needed. Found this amazing vintage BB overcoat. Great details and weighs a ton. No other label except this one inside a pocket. Wondering how old this thing is...

@hooker4186
Thanks... They're actually my size 16.5-34/35, but are scheduled to be listed this week on the other site... No more room in the closet.
