I'm pretty sure that the Tom James 'Prestige' label was made by Oxxford circa 2010. See the labels and handwork in the following example which I picked up last year (n/a).

 Pavoni's are definitely a thing.  The date stamp is from 1977 I believe.  Non-working ones can get a decent price for parts.  Looks like it's missing the portafilter though.
