Spoo's the king, but I'm going with older and real.

 

EDIT - I'm backtracking.  The font printed on the silk tail doesn't look right either.  :facepalm:

I'm almost certain that every real Ferragamo tie has a keeper made of the same exact material as the front. 

I have a real one with a similar pattern.

Man, that keeper label looks like hell... a lot of gaps in the embroidery. ("Salavtcvr Ferragaiuo") I would be surprised if it's real.
